- Subscribers have the right to export their complete database or request permanent deletion upon terminating their subscription.
2. Service Level Agreement & Operational Uptime (SLA)
- We commit to a 99.9% operational platform availability SLA throughout the year.
- Scheduled maintenance is conducted during off-peak hours with prior advance notification.
3. Data Security & Access Privileges
- All user passwords and sessions are protected with industry-standard cryptographic protocols.
- The center holds responsibility for safeguarding user credentials and managing role permissions for teachers and staff.
